			Michigan's Adventure is
the largest amusement park in Michigan. Situated on 250 acres,
Michigan's Adventure offers guests more than 50 rides and
			attractions.

			Shivering Timbers. The
name has become a legend. Invoking thoughts of breakneck speed and
unbelievable airtime, Shivering Timbers is what coaster fans dream
of. If you've ridden it before, you already know this.

			If you
haven't, it's time you find out what you've been missing. It is the
second-ranked wooden roller coaster in the world at over 1 mile long
and 125 feet tall. In addition to the Shivering Timbers and 5 other
awesome roller coasters, the park features the Giant Gondola Wheel,
an eight-story-tall ferris wheel, and the Adventure Falls water ride.

Seven new attractions were added to Michigan's
			Adventure in 2002.

			For no additional charge,
guests can enjoy Wild Water Adventure, Michigan's largest and most
			modern water park.

			History:
Started out as Deer Park Funland in
1956 and purchased by Roger Jourden 12 years later. The park's name
was changed to Michigan's Adventure in 1988, when it coincided with
the opening of the Wolverine Wildcat.

It's water park, Wild Water Adventure, opened
in 1990 and has received many awards in terms of the quality of
rides as well as its safety. In 2001, the Jourden family sold the
park to Cedar Fair, LP for approximately $25 million in cash and
Cedar Fair partnership units. As a result, the park will continue to
expand over the next several years, starting with over seven new
attractions in 2002, as well as landscaping and other improvements.

			Camille Jourden-Mark, Roger Jourden's
daughter, continues to be the Vice President/General Manager of
Michigan's Adventure, who was the only member of the family to stay
with the park after the purchase. She was originally General
Manager, but was demoted when Larry MacKenzie was brought in from
Cedar Fair to manage the park. Jourden-Mark regained her position
when MacKenzie became Vice President/General Manager of ValleyFair!
In addition, Jourden-Mark is the youngest and the only female among
			Cedar Fair's corporate officers.
